Our Story
Founded by husband and wife, Milka and Romeo- a James Beard Award Semi-Finalist, RAS is an expression of purpose, passion, and faith—built to bring people together through food, culture, and intentional hospitality.
RAS is a bold reimagining of Ethiopian flavors. We’re not a traditional Ethiopian restaurant, and we’re not here to recreate the past. Instead, we take the deep, complex flavors of Ethiopia and remix them in unexpected ways.
No rules. No labels. Just flavor.
Our food happens to be entirely plant-based, but that’s not the story. The story is in the experience, the creativity, the depth of flavor in every bite and the feeling you get when you walk through our doors.
