Behind Ras Plant Based are the dynamic duo, Chef Romeo and Milka Regalli. Their love affair with culinary arts began in childhood, with Romeo's heart being molded by family matriarchs, and Milka's passion kindled at her mother's establishments. Their commitment reached a pinnacle when they harnessed the power of plant-based cuisine to triumph over a family health crisis. Today, Ras Plant Based is their homage to ancestral Ethiopian recipes, reimagined through a contemporary New York lens. Fueled by past challenges and a relentless pursuit of excellence, they offer an experience where every dish is not just food, but a story.
