Founded by husband and wife, Romeo and Milka - a James Beard Award Semi-Finalist, RAS is an expression of purpose, passion, and faith - built to bring people together through food, culture, and intentional hospitality.
RAS is a bold reimagining of Ethiopian flavors. We’re not a traditional Ethiopian restaurant, and we’re not here to recreate the past. Instead, we take the deep, complex flavors of Ethiopia and remix them in unexpected ways.

We believe kindness and hospitality can change the world. We bring that belief to life through radical kindness, thoughtful food, and meaningful experiences that foster connection, dignity, and belonging.
Everything we do is rooted in stewardship and excellence, leaving every person and every shift better than we found it - with the goal of creating an impact that lasts far beyond the meal.
